SIMPLE QUICHE 
2 c. cheese (part Swiss)
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
Bread crumbs to cover bottom of pan (8 or 9 inch pan)
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Place bread crumbs on bottom of pan. Dice onion and green pepper. Mix cheese, onion and green pepper and put on top of bread crumbs. In blender mix eggs, milk and mayonnaise. Pour this on top of other mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Instead of green pepper you can use broccoli diced or use both.
