QUICK STUFFING 
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. water
1 c. unseasoned croutons
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. celery
1/3 c. green pepper

Blend soup mix, seasoning and water. Stir in remaining ingredients. May cook in saucepan until warm or use as regular stuffing.
