CHICKEN AND CABBAGE 
4 chicken breasts or legs
1 large cabbage
1/2 c. soy sauce
Pepper & salt to taste
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Spice Mix
1 c. water

Cut the cabbage core off, then wash cabbage. Peel cabbage leaves so you can make layers.

First, in pot put oil and garlic. Cook until garlic is light brown.

Layer cabbage leaves, chicken breasts, cabbage leaves, chicken legs, and finally cabbage leaves. Cover with soy sauce, pepper, salt, and Mrs. Dash.

Let cabbage and chicken cook on medium high, stirring occasionally to make sure cabbage gets done. Add enough water so that cabbage doesn't stick to the pot. Cook for 1 hour.
