CHEESE YULE LOG 
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Coarsely crushed pretzels
Garnish if desired with assorted crackers

Beat until almost smooth, (the first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl). Stir in cheese and green pepper. Shape mixture into log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill several hours, to allow flavors to blend. Just before serving roll in crushed pretzels. Garnish and serve with assorted crackers.
