CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE | |
2 c. milk 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/4 c. butter, melted 4 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and then add whipped cream, or Cool Whip topping and browned coconut. |
