SALMON BISQUE 
Into one tablespoon of hot butter stir one chopped onion, then rub into this one tablespoon of flour - let brown slightly.

Pour in one cup of evaporated milk, as much salmon juice as you have, add one cup of flaked salmon and thin with one cup or more of water. Flavor with salt and red pepper to taste, and a teaspoon of minced parsley sprinkled on top.
