HAMBURGER GRAVY 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 beef bouillon cube
3 c. water
Flour to thicken
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Hot mashed potatoes

In skillet, brown ground beef and onion until onion is tender. Drain off fat. Add bouillon cube and water to meat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Thicken with flour (about 2 tablespoons). Season to taste. Spoon over mashed potatoes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
