BANANA - NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana pulp; beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased and floured loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
