OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. seedless raisins

Combine the eggs, sugar and milk; mix well. Fold in rice, lemon juice, vanilla, butter, nutmeg and raisins. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole and place casserole dish in a pan of warm water. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until custard is set.
