JAILHOUSE ROLLS 
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
7 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast

Mix yeast, water and salt; set aside. Mix potatoes, butter, eggs, sugar and flour; blend well. Add in yeast and water. Place in a greased bowl, cover with cold damp cloth, place in refrigerator until ready to use. Roll out to about 1/2" thick. Cut into desired size and shape. Brush top with butter, let stand for several hours. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
