FROZEN FUDGE FUN DAY SUNDAE 
BASE:

24 crushed Oreo cookies (2 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. butter

FILLING:

1/2 gallon ice cream, slightly softened
1 c. peanuts

TOPPING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cookies and butter. Press into 9"x13" pan. Cut ice cream into 1" thick slices, place over cookie crust. Spread ice cream to cover. Sprinkle with peanuts. Bring powdered sugar, chips, milk and butter to boil. Cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Cool 1 hour. Pour over filling, cover, freeze.
