CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix and pat into 13 x 9 inch pan or 2 (9 inch) pie pans, bake or not.

FILLING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter

Mix well and spread on cooled crust.

2ND LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

Beat until thick and pour over peanut butter layer. To serve, top with whip cream or Cool Whip.
