SPINACH PIE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen (chopped) spinach, drained
2 eggs
1 envelope Good Seasons Dressing
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
15 sheets phyllo dough
1/2 c. melted butter

Beat eggs with salad dressing and spinach, mix with nutmeg. Stir in cheeses. Set aside.

Brush each sheet (phyllo) with butter as you layer in 9 inch pie plate. 6 sheets one way 6 sheets the other way. Pour in spinach mixture. Fold phyllo sheets over - crumble remaining sheets on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
