1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar or 1 c. honey
2 c. plus 2 tsp. flour, whole wheat or white
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. cubed apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix ingredients and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. A cream cheese frosting goes well with this cake, or eat it plain.
