HERBED BISCUITS 
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 heaping tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place oven rack in the lower third of oven. Put butter in a 9 inch cake pan and place in oven 3-5 minutes until melted. Separate the biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces. Stir garlic into butter. Sprinkle the herbs, Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds over the butter; stir lightly. Arrange pieces of biscuits next to each other in butter. (The pan of biscuits may be refrigerated, covered, for several hours if desired. Bring to room temperature 1 hour before baking.) Bake for 12-17 minutes or until tops are very brown. Immediately invert the biscuits onto a serving plate and serve. Serves 4-6.
