SKY IN THE PIE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 beaten eggs

Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla. Add 1 egg. Spread on the bottom of a deep 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Combine pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well. Blend in 2 beaten eggs and evaporated milk. Carefully pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes or until done. Cool.
