GLAZED WALNUTS 
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Mix 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon cold water. Beat until frothy. Stir in 1 pound of walnuts until all wet. In a separate bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir into walnuts. Spread evenly on a buttered cookie sheet. Turn every 15 minutes for an hour and 15 minutes.
