BAKED FLOUNDER 
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. flounder fillets
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow dish or on a sheet of waxed paper. Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise; coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer in a shallow baking pan.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and fish flakes easily when tested.
