2 c. cold cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. diced pineapple
1 c. diced celery
2/3 c. diced apples
2/3 c. raisins
3/4 c. mayonnaise or more

Combine ingredients above together and serve on crisp lettuce. Serves 6.
