CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (defrost first)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. or 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Variation: cheddar cheese, croutons, cheezits
