APPLE OATMEAL BARS 
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 c. thinly sliced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine dry ingredients, cream butter and add egg, vanilla and apple juice. Stir in dry ingredients. Add thinly sliced apples, nuts and raisins. Spray 9 x 12 inch pan with Pam spray. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 20 squares. 1 bar equals 1 bread, 1 fat. 110 calories.
