2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. lard
1/2 c. butter
4 or 5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. flour
6 c. flour
1 c. walnuts or peanuts

Mix soda in 1 cup flour, then 6 cups flour. Add walnuts. It usually takes more flour. Enough so you can handle and shape into rolls.
