PEANUT BUTTER 'N JELLY BARS 
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter (softened)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. jelly (your choice)
2 c. peanut butter chips

Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in beaten eggs until smooth. Reserve 1/2 the mixture--press other half of mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread the jelly over crust and sprinkle peanut butter chips over jelly. Crumble the other half of dough over chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
