PEANUT BUTTER JELLY BARS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 measuring tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels, divided
3/4 c. red currant jelly

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture; beat until mixture forms fine crumbs. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; set aside. Press remaining mixture into greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine 1 cup Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels and red currant jelly. Spread over baked base. Melt over hot (not boiling) water remaining 1 cup Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels. Remove from heat. Stir in reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over peanut butter-jelly layer. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely; cut into 2x1 inch bars. Makes 4 1/2 dozen 2x1 inch bars.
