ORIENTAL RICE 
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. Minute instant brown rice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 c. (1/2 pkg.) frozen broccoli, red peppers, bamboo shoots, mushrooms

Bring broth, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder to a boil, stir in rice, reduce heat, cover, simmer 5 minutes. Serves 4.
