ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. cooked chicken meat, cubed
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 fresh chopped mushrooms
Bean or rice thread noodles, cooked (approximately 2 to 3 handfuls)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. rice or regular vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
