HEAVENLY DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese

Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant pudding

Mix as directed. Spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip to cover

FIFTH LAYER:

1 c. toasted coconut or finely chopped nuts
