CAVATINI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Thick and Zesty Ragu with mushrooms)
1/2 c. each 3 different pastas, cooked together
1 (8 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown meat, onion, and pepper until done. Add pepperoni to heat. Drain off grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Lightly grease a 3 quart casserole. Layer pastas and spoon on half of meat sauce. Next, put all cottage cheese on. Add 1/2 of grated Mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
