ONION CASSEROLE | |
4 c. sliced onion 1 1/2 c. cornbread stuffing mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream (I use imitation) Cook onions until transparent in butter. Mix with other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn into a greased casserole and top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees until bubbly and brown. Good! |
