AUTUMN RELISH 
24 med. green tomatoes
6 red. mangoes
6 green mangoes
6 red cherry hot peppers
3 celery spears
6 green cherry hot peppers
1/4 head cabbage
2 tbsp. dry onions
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. salt

Wash and grind first 8 ingredients together. Combine vegetables and their juices with sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and salt. Simmer 1 hour; pack in hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 8 pints.
