STREUSEL KUGEL 
1/2 lb. med. noodles
3/4 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. apricot nectar

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Boil and drain noodles. Put 3/4 stick butter through hot, drained noodles. Let butter melt. In another bowl cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar. Add eggs and mix up. Add milk and nectar. Take butter and grease pan well. (13 x 9 x 2 inches) Put buttered noodles in well greased pan. Pour mixture over noodles. It will be loose. Mix sugar, cinnamon and butter together. Then work in crushed flakes. Take mixture in hands and sprinkle over noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
