APPLE COBBLER 
3 (29 oz.) cans apples, drain off juice
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. apple spice
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. Crisco
4 c. flour
Enough cold water to mix

Make crust. Divide in half, roll out, and fit into 9 x 13 inch pan. Put all pie ingredients on crust. Roll out top crust; place on pie. Punch holes to vent. Bake at 350 degrees until 40 minutes or until crust browns.
