MEXICAN DINNER 
1 can Mexic or Northern beans
1 can taco sauce
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper

Brown onion, pepper, and ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add all canned ingredients. Cook 30 minutes or until beans are soft. To serve, layer in plate as follows: regular size Fritos, chopped lettuce, few diced onions, above bean mixture, and grated cheese.
