YEASTED PASTRY 
I:

1 tbsp. yeast
1/3 c. dry milk
1 1/2 c. flour (whole wheat or unbleached white)
1 tsp. salt

II:

1 c. water
2 tbsp. honey or molasses
3 tbsp. butter or olive oil

III:

1 egg
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Heat all liquid together warm (not too hot) in microwave 20 to 30 seconds. Add liquid to dry then add egg. Add another 1 1/2 cups of flour to mixture. Turn out on floured table. Let sit for 10 minutes. Then knead until elastic. Then shape and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Excellent with wheat flour. You can make cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
