PINEAPPLE FLOP CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda (level)
1 (303) can crushed pineapple & juice

Mix by hand and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in oblong cake pan. Ice as soon as removed from oven.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can milk
1 stick butter
4 oz. can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 4 minutes and pour over cake. Pecans or walnuts may be used if desired.
