PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Oven 350 degrees.

Grease 9x13 pan.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add and mix in pineapple. Add and mix in flour, vanilla and baking soda. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Better if made day before.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. xx sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, if will

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add xx sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Sprinkle nuts on top.
