MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
6 packets Equal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter

In a 2-quart microwave dish, stir together milk and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves completely. Stir in sugar, Equal, cocoa and salt. Cook at 100% power, stirring several times, 6 minutes or until thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Makes 5 (1/2 cup) servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
