SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck or turkey
3 eggs (beaten)
Salt to taste (may be omitted)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. minced parsley
12 graham crackers, crushed
13 single saltines, crushed

Mix well and form in walnut size balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour and then add sauce or cook in sauce for 1/2 hour.
