SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. pecan halves

Mix together.

Stir together first 5 ingredients. Put into a casserole. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
