ROGER'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 c. finely chopped garlic
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
5 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. thyme
6 tbsp. basil (optional)
6 bay leaves - leave whole for easy removal
4 (No. 10) tomatoes, crushed
2 (No. 10) cans tomato paste
4 c. dehydrated onions
18 lbs. ground beef, browned or 12 lbs. frozen purchased meatballs
1 1/2 gal. water

Mix all ingredients together in very large pan. Simmer about 3 hours or until desired thickness is reached. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. Very good if cooked two days in advance.
