GRANDMA'S HOT TAMALE 
1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG; optional)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
Dash bottled red pepper sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat with onions and celery. Add other ingredients and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.

Makes 8 to 10 skillet burgers.
