PLANTATION PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. dark Karo
1/2 c. light Karo
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. pecans
24 whole pecan halves for top
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add sugar, salt and mix well. Add syrup, butter and mix well. Add cut pecans. Position into unbaked pie shell. Arrange whole pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
