1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 chopped jalapeno pepper

Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add cheese. Mix cornbread according to the directions on box. Add everything to the cornbread mix. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
