BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli or 2 pkg. 10 oz.
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. firm butter
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Break into small pieces and arrange in ungreased 12 x 7 x 2 inch pan.

Heat oven at 400 degrees. Beat soup and milk until smooth; pour over broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese sauce. Bake until crumbs light brown. 20 minutes. 6-8 servings.
