CHESS PIE 
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tbsp. meal
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. thick buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan, stir in sugar. Remove from heat, add eggs, buttermilk and flavor, pour in unbaked pie shell at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
