LAVERA'S YUMMY VEGGIE SALAD | |
10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas 1 head cauliflower, chopped 8 oz. bottle of your favorite creamy dressing (Ranch, Green Goddess, etc.) 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin Cook frozen vegetables 3 minutes in boiling water, drain, place under running cold water and drain again. Mix all ingredients together with dressing. NOTE: I sometimes cook chopped fresh broccoli to use instead of frozen. |
