SEASONED TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients except butter and oil. Form into 1-inch balls. Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook balls 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned. Cover last 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
