HAM AND CHEESE PUFF 
1 pkg. chicken or cornbread flavor stuffing mix
8 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded or cubed to 1/2 inch
1 c. (4 oz.) slivered boiled ham
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. milk

Pour stuffing crumbs into greased 2 quart or 9 inch square baking dish. Top with cheese and ham. Sprinkle with flour and drizzle evenly with butter. Combine eggs, milk and contents of vegetable seasoning packet that comes with the stuffing mix. Mix well. Pour over crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
