MINI CHIPS BLONDIES 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. mini chocolate chips
2 c. unsifted flour

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in mini chips; spread in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely; cut into bars.

Makes 3 dozen bars.
