SWEDISH NUT CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, mix all ingredients well and pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread on cooled cake.
